Epic Reading Challenge 2025

All schools nationwide can join and compete to see who reads the most between Sept. 15 and Oct. 15.

The school that logs the most minutes read wins the competition, claiming the title 'Most Epic Reading School in Iceland' and receiving amazing book prizes. In addition, the top-reading school in each region also receives special recognition.
The challenge winner will be announced on Icelandic Language Day, Nov. 16, on the television program Málæði, which airs on RÚV.
