Bun Day, Bursting Day and Ash Wednesday

Monday, Feb. 16 is Bun Day and students can bring a bun in their lunch. Tuesday is Bursting Day and Wednesday is Ash Wednesday.

 

Ash Wednesday is a shortened day at Melaskóli. Classes start at 8:30 a.m. but end at 10:30 a.m. for mid-level students (5th-7th grade) and at noon for the youngest level (1st-4th grade). Students can wear costumes, but accessories that could be considered weapons are not allowed.

 

Please note that there are no swimming classes on Ash Wednesday.
